We met Alan a few times before changing to Hookers, we found him to be persistent, honest, hard working and knowledgeable, mind we were sceptical about changing agents but after 12 weeks plus of up teen viewers and no offers forthcoming! But after only 3 open houses and four weeks on the market we finally accepted an offer! Negotiated successfully by the Alan Greenwood of LJ Hooker Forster no more to be said!

I found Alan Greenland an honest man, however I found him very hard to reach at the most important time for buying this villa. If he could make himself more available on his mobile that would be great. I had problems finding out what date I could move into the villa, no-one had signed the form so that I could transfer the money from my account so I had to go to LJ Hooker & give them a cheque.
