We have known Alan in the Blackheath market for a number of years and he has always been very forthright and honest in rating our property both for potential sale and long term rental. When the time came for us to decide to sell he gave us a range that whilst it seemed high, in the end was beaten by a small amount due to competition between buyers. At all times he acted with integrity, was in regular contact, and was a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Alan again.
