We had not moved house in 19 years, and were overwhelmed at the thought of it. Alan has excellent local knowledge and experience. He provided responsive support through he whole process from start to end, and made the process clear. He gave detailed information and advice about how to prepare our home for sale, and helped problem solve when needed. He had a clear plan for home opens, and communicated often.
