Saying "thank you" to Alan, just doesn't feel enough. The experience we had with him compared to our estate agents last year - chalk and cheese. Alan's work ethic is second to none. He's honest, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, transparent and his communication is spot on. We always felt informed and supported, every step of the way. We're so grateful to have had him by our side for such a stressful, big moment in our lives. Our home was sold by day 7 and officially signed up by day 8. Even when contracts were signed, he still worked tirelessly in the background incase the sale fell through. He was supposed to sell my parents' house as well, but due to family medical issues, this did not go ahead. Alan's concern was for my family's well being and not with the sale that he lost.
