Alan said I would get good price after using a group he recommended to brighten up the house for sale. Alan said he would do the best but the first offer was $13000 under the price he said should easily be got with the fix up - why bother with fixing? He tried to compare my property with one that did not match at all to convince me to drop my price. Did he work for me or the purchaser - it felt like he worked for the purchaser. This was a pity as he did a far better job for the person that told me about him. Would I use him again - no! Sorry -but even in the contract he was working for the purchaser. In the end - so, rather than wait for the my agent to work for me - 3 weeks seemed long enough for Alan - I just let the property go to be over the lot of it. That is called wearing your vendor down. Still having trouble with the purchaser who expects me to give them everything with zero for me. If I had my time again - would have gone to another agent and kept it on the market till I got my price - which was totally reasonable compared to like properties I found myself Sorry Alan - but you asked for feedback.
