Alan is a great and professional agent, I listed my property with another agent for 3 months and didn't sell, agent didn't give any updates with buyers or any reasonable offers. I had contacted Alan from Lj Hooker simply requesting a quote for the sale of my mothers property to have a better understanding of the sale prices in the area. I did called out most real estate agency's in the area however once we meet Alan who we found to be a determined agent who had a list of his recent sales and reviews from his previous sellers. I personally as a seller believe actions speak louder than words so i did give Alan an opportunity to sell the house for 4 weeks as per agreement, after 3 weeks without marketing an offer was given, accepted and even 10 % deposit given.
