Alan helped the reviewer sell this property

Unfulfilled commitments. Poor service and a very disappointing experience.

I am highly surprised by Alan Kumar’s 5-star reviews based on our recent experience. We gave Alan two commissions by selling my property in Plumpton and the purchased of my daughter's home in Box Hill, but his post-sale service has been non-existent. Alan talks a lot during the sale process, but when it came to honouring is commitments, he simply didn't deliver. He has failed to fulfill a commitment to install a clothesline despite multiple follow-ups over two months. Additionally, the "outdoor kitchen" advertised in the marketing description was highly misleading. The BBQ unit, which was appeared to be part of the advertised outdoor kitchen, was later claimed to be a display item and was therefore not included in the sale. Alan has completely ignored our emails regarding these matters. He should have known that real estate is built on long-term relationships, not just a one-off sale. Because of this complete lack of after-sale accountability, I will never do business with him or with Property Inside Out ever again..
