So we used Alan to sell our investment property and given we had almost 6 months left on a lease that we needed to honor it wasn't your typical owner property sale. His customer service skills were really good and glad it was someone we could relate to and had the patience to deal with first time sellers. Will definitely use Alan and the team again.
