Very attentive and quick to get back with responses to queries or other matters As typical with most real estate sales agent attempt to misled (or lack of knowledge) in matters relating to critical structural damage requiring immediate repairs, in our case a roof truss bottom cord (timber) was cut to install a skylight structurally this is crucial for the inter gritty of the roof under extreme storm events
