Alan Whitty was a pleasure to work with. He had a good understanding of the market value, and I achieved my desired result. He was punctual, courteous and efficient. I feel Alan genuinely cared and was always available to assist me with any help or questions. Thanks Alan.
Alan had Awesome Knowledge of the Local Area & was Very Easy to Talk to.
Alan is a natural matchmaker, his talent being matching people with the right properties for the right price. He genuinely cares that both vendors and purchasers are happy with the outcome. He also understands rural lifestyle properties and the joys and challenges that come with these. Bundled with his experience in the building industry, his local knowledge and his generous sharing of stories, we would highly recommend working with Allan to sell or purchase.
Alan was very friendly and easy to deal with. I found Alans communication skills very good, he was always obliging and always returned phone calls promptly. It has been a pleasure buying a home from Alan. I would highly recommend Alan and his team.
Alan is one of the best Real Estate Agents in the area. I have both purchased and sold a property through Alan. On each occasion, I had a pleasant and stress free experience. Great job Alan!
My partner and myself purchased our first home through Allan this summer. Being our first home, we were not very knowledgeable on the process and Allan could not have done a better job at walking us through the details, nothing was a silly question and he made our experience buying a home so delightful. We absolutely recommend Allan and the staff at Wilson property, A really genuine, friendly realestate agent.
Alan did an awesome job at keeping us informed as to what was happening from both perspective. As we're also selling our current home we needed a delicate touch in keeping the seller of our new home informed as to the situation happening at our end. Alan was so much help in the hand holding, and information department about what where the important bits and what was the norm. The team at Wilsons made our purchasing experience a painless thing . Thank you All @ Wilsons so much. 11 outa 10 for all.
