Effective and Delivers Above Expectations

I had a great experience with Alan, with the sale of my apartment in quite a soft market environment. Given that this was a relatively small transaction, I was worried that my selected agent would not bother pushing for the best sale price possible to ensure a quick sale prior to Christmas - however, Alan pushed strongly on my behalf to achieve a great result, above my expectations.
