When we first meet Alana she was polite kind very helpful but she never turned up on time we had to wait 10 minutes so we could sign our documents for the sale of our house. But given that she knew her stuff and the clientele to sell our house . We think she is very professional and thorton reality team.

Alana suffered numerous phone calls from me explaining how everything worked. She organised a second look at the house for me and was happy for me to sign the contracts one day but wait until the following day until I read the building report etc before I was comfortable paying the deposit. Her knowledge of the market is second to none and I found her to be very professional in all our dealings.

owing to the problems Covid virus did I was satisfied with Alana Barker she was verry professional, friendly in a business way always punctual and we got truthful feedback, until the last 8 minutes after the contracts were fginalised, I could not help getting a flat tyre and having to wait for the NRMA to change it for me, the carrier was down a driver who was taken to hospital on the morning of the 23rd, these two occurances put our time back by about a quarter of an hour, also being told I was trespassing when all I had to do was vacuum 2 bedrooms this was not Alana's doing it was the agency who was very rude to me. Good luck Alana with your future career.
