Wow. Alana has been wonderful throughout the whole buying process, from my initial offer to move in. With a complex situation for the sellers, Alana kept me informed throughout the whole buying process and was always on hand for my questions and concerns. Most recently, with the old resident leaving the house in an absolute state, she informed me that her and her work partner Leanna kindly gave up their own time to discard all of the rubbish and dumped items, and clean the property, prior to key handover. Knowledgeable and professional, it’s clear Alana goes above and beyond for her clients and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of being in my new home before Christmas.
