The property I approached R & R Property to sell for me was unusual, and I was concerned that it might take some time to sell. Alanna had been showing a couple a number of homes in Gloucester township, but apparently none of them met her clients’ expectations. With a little bit of thinking outside the square, Alanna showed them my property, which was a few kilometers out of town and quite different to anything they had seen to date, as she had a hunch that its uniqueness might appeal to them. As it turned out, she was correct; it was love at first sight! They immediately offered me a price which was at the top end of my expectations, which I accepted without hesitation, and my property was sold before it had even hit the market. Without her reading of what might have appealed to the purchasers, I might still be waiting for it to be sold, some weeks later.
