Alap was great to work with. He is polite, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. For example, the workload he created was intense, three open houses per week. He was always professional and built up a rapport with potential buyers very quickly making them feel right at home. Even when I was out of energy to do the open house, one opening is a lot of work imagine doing 3 per week. Alap encouraged me to put in the hard work just the same as he was doing from his end. I could not have asked from a real estate agent. All the small points were taken care of. Answered all my questions without the jargon and very accessible.
