From the very first conversation with Alastair we knew we had the most professional , genuine person on our team. We wanted to sell our house however being tenanted we knew we would have a few challenges. Little did we know that we had the tenants from hell. Throughout the entire time Alastair's level of honesty, his fabulous personality and demeanor got us through some very rough patches. There was nothing to hard for him to do , every call from me was handled efficiently , professionally and I felt I was his only client at all times. During all of the stress I had Alastair was my rock , the one who made every situation work out and never once was anything too hard or too much. Alastair is a rare breed of Real Estate sales people. Whilst being very knowledgable in real estate, he was at no time pushy or intimidating. He allowed us to view the property unhindered and was forthcoming with answering any queries we had. We believe that generally properties sell themselves, with buyers having a good idea of what they want, and the agent is there to guide with knowledge. Alastair filled the brief perfectly.
