Albert is a convivial, mature agent - able to negotiate with all parties in a very targeted way, and make them feel understood. He regularly updated me on the sales process which was reassuring. No question I had was too silly. In the context of the market conditions he managed to secure a reasonable price for my property, for which I am grateful. My only suggestion for Albert would be to close the loop by actively liaising with a property manager to ensure seamless handover for the tenant (mine was an investment property being sold as such). Otherwise all excellent, and I was very happy with Albert. Thank you, Albert!
