Our property required a variety of tradies (eg painting, electrician, roofing, floorings) to either check or bring the property up to a standard where we felt it would be not only presentable but also ready to "just move in" for any incoming family. We were time-poor so Alberto kindly organised at no extra cost to turnkey source and oversee these tradies (who were all good). Once the house was up to spec and presentable, then we put it on the market. The good condition and presentability of the property seemed to attract a good selection of offers in just the first 3 days. I am not aware if other real estate agents could have or would have provided this extra service. This might provide a niche business model that could be attractive to either time-poor sellers, inter-state or foreign sellers who wish to maximise presentability and value of their property before putting it on the market.
