Unfortunately, during this time our Senior Agent, Aldo, was unwell and out of the office for a few days. Upon Aldo’s return, he had contacted Marco to obtain further information so he could liaise with both the vendor and the solicitors regarding the matters raised. At that time, Marco advised Aldo that the repairs and issues you had raised were not to be worried about and that no further action was required from our side.
