The Sale of our property was always going to be top end result, so need a top end Real Estate Agent. Alec McEwan piqued my interest on our first phone call. He was very polite and engaging and made me interested to know more about his team, and why they were the people to attract a top end Buyer, and Market our property for sale. Alec was a referral to me from another Agent on the Gold Coast, who also saw Alec at the "top of his game, and full of energy". I was looking for the best....and the best was offered to me. This is a tough job to achieve .....when most Buyers only provide partial information, so they are not 'swayed' by the real estate agents in the process. Alec and his team were decisive and respectful to all Buyers and all our discussions. Alec is young for the industry, and shows experience and professionalism beyond his age. The marketing proposal was very comprehensive and backed with previous top end results - I accepted all the recommendations. We had one shot at finding the right buyer...I wanted no regrets at the end on the day. I am very please the Buyer is excited to own this unique property and it makes me feel the process to sell was so worthwhile. This property was our gift to the Buyer, we put heart and sole into this one. Alec and his team that made it possible for such a great result. We wish the Buyer many happy memories in the future. My Wife and I wish Alec all the best for his future and 100% recommend Alec to anyone considering Selling or Buying a property. Alec is a very personable character. What you see is what you get which is very important when you are about to spend a lot of money. He is invested in the local area, it is where he lives. Therefore he is very knowledgeable about everything local and is more than willing to tell you about the attributes of the area. We were complete out siders and found all his info very helpful.He was very professional in all our dealings. .
Alec sold and purchased a house for me within 2 months. He went out of his way and spent a lot of time to get the highest price that he could. He took time to explain clearly what I did not understand about the market. There was no pressure and he did what was necessary to sell the house. I was out of state when I purchased the house.
