We are so grateful to have met Alec. We moved back to Brisbane having been away for over 40 years. The bayside location appealed to us but we were not sure as to what was available. We met Alec at his office to discuss what we were looking for based on a couple of "must haves" some "hopes" and a budget to work with. Nearly immediately Alec had two options for us to look at. We attended on-site at both locations and Alec was able to point out the features of each property but generally left us to explore each house by ourselves. Alec was able to answer all of the questions that we asked about each property. One of the properties was a stand-out from our point of view and Alec was able to assist us in entering into a contract to purchase very quickly, with terms that suited our "lead time" in our shift back to Brisbane. I can highly recommend Alec and his team to provide a highly professional service. Alec made our purchase flow extremely easily and we are now happily enjoying our new home. I will have no hesitation in using Alec again.
