When shopping for my new property I came across a lot of agents and must have inspected at least 20 places, some were great and some were average. When I came across my new property in Albert Park I called Alejandro for an inspection, keeping in mind Coronvirus virus had just karate chopped the entire industry, and he met me at the house within the hour for a private inspection. I'm very much an impulse buyer, so giving me too much time to think may have been detrimental to the sale, luckily for Alejandro he moves at my pace. The sale was complicated by some minor maintenance issues I wanted addressed before moving in, but he made the process simple and easy. He was also happy to let me through the property as many times as I liked after the contract had been signed, this allowed to do things like measure the fridge space, etc, and get furniture ordered before taking possession of the keys.
