When Aleksandra took over the management of my investment property, it was a breath of fresh air! She is proactive, always keeps me informed and is very accommodating to my requests such as me zooming in to a quarterly inspection and being firm with tenants on their housekeeping standards. When the time came for selling it, Aleksandra was amazing at co ordinating the renovations and liaising with all the tradespeople.
