When the family commenced review of Real Estate Agencies suitable for the sale of our Dads' property at 55 Gundagai st Coffs Harbour we eventually settled on Nolan Partner Estate Agents under the guidance of Chris Paynter, however soon after exchanging sales contract Chris changed careers and handed us over to Aleta Stephens whom he thoroughly recommended would serve our Dads' property with professionalism, vigour and integrity to achieve the best results with sale. We accepted this offer and I can assure that Aleta totally lived up to the expectations Chris assured us we would receive. Aleta was always willing to explain the sale process to all family and set about dealing with the sale and at all times communicating the various stages of progress with marketing, potential buyers and what was a fair and reasonable offer, which I might add we were more than satisfied with the final offer outcome that ended up being the first offer prior to open house inspections. Aleta immediately instructed us that this was an offer not to ignore, given many other properties were coming on line within this area that could affect future offers and that advice was completely accurate and we cannot thank Aleta enough for maintaining our desire with sale figure. Aletas' professionalism , sales experience and judgement is outstanding but I would also like to add that we were also extremely impressed with Chris Paynter and if it wasn't for his early negotiations and recommending of Aleta that our satisfaction was able to be achieved. I would return to Nolan's and in particular Aleta should I/we require sales or buying assistance in the future and on behalf of the family I thank you for such valued service. Aleta is a very pleasant, easy to talk to person with the sales knowledge and experience to make novices such as we were at ease and confident of a good outcome and it was. I would also be more than happy to recommend Aleta to others .
