I first met Alex as a buyer during an open house. I wasn't ready for auction as I was waiting on pre-approval and he did the impossible by getting me ready in less than a week!!! After receiving such amazing service from him as a buyer I then decided to ask him to help me sell my apartment. From the beginning he was very professional and approachable as well as highly organised. Alex was never too busy if I had any questions and kept me informed every step of the way. He managed to sell my place for a fantastic price much faster than I had thought it would sell.. Since selling my apartment Alex has gone out of his way to help me in my search for a new apartment to live in. I cannot speak highly enough about the service I've received from him. An extremely hardworking agent who knows the market well and goes that extra mile.
