Alex was a great help to us on our search for our first investment property. Being out of area buyers we often found it difficult to get through properties physically. Alex helped us on multiple occasions with video call inspections which was a huge help to us to allow us to gain a better understanding of the properties before deciding whether to come and inspect. His patience during the process was much appreciated and was always responsive to all requests and enquires we had.
