We've been looking for an investment property for the past 12 months . Within these 12 months , our experience with agents as a buyer have been pretty disappointing. Lack of care, poor service and most importantly dishonesty. After meeting Alex we knew from day one that he was such a genuine, honest and straight to the point person. I met Alex after calling him regarding a property on Central ave Oak Flats. I drove by and saw the signboard which had only just gone up. As a result Alex immediately met me on site to inspect the property. As a result he was able to negotiate a deal very quickly for the owners at a price that I understand they were very happy with. There were a number of request we made after the exchange in terms of access which Alex was more than happy to negotiate with the owners.
