Alex really got to know what as a seller my expectations were and he listens. Alex is prepared, helpful and he definitely knows the area well, at the same time he is such a pleasure to work with as he’s open, friendly and genuine. Alex was also always ready and responsive. My experience was amazing met Alex on a Friday night after work he literally had a potential buyer through the following Wednesday and the sale was done more or less within the week.
