Alex works so hard. He got lots of buyers in hand. While he was texting me regarding my property, he was talking to the buyer on the other hand. He always answer my concerns very promptly. I got two offers within just over two weeks and sold just after three weeks time. I didn’t get any stress or drama. Everything went so smoothly and no times were wasted. Alex was welcoming from the first minute I walked in to the home open, greeting with a massive smile. He is professional, well presented and very approachable. Alex knows his business and answered all my questions about the property. To have a real estate agent so on the ball was a huge bonus as we’d had some viewings recently with other agents and they came across like they didn’t care and or knew nothing about the important things to do with the properties. The offer/acceptance/settlement has been smooth and uncomplicated. Alex always returns any messages with queries in a short timeframe. He was also aware of the property’s pool compliance and even had a quote for an addition to the pool as a guide if we wanted to do that particular item. All in all would highly recommend .
