Alex delivered better than expected outcomes in a short time
Alex was very professional when it came to winning my sale and getting a great price in very little time. However, Once there was a contract offer he then left it up to support staff to manage the rest of the sale. I found this experience to be quite poor and at times frustrating. Communication was lacking and I found I had to call to get updates. The four stars are for Alex, not his team. If it was the whole process this wouldn’t be a high star review.
