Alex and Poppy went above and beyond. The team and us had a WhatsApp chat, and we were updated constantly. There was a routine, and it got us to where we wanted to be. The team is SO understanding of everyone’s situation, and they truly went in and went hard for us. Alex works 24/7. He answered whenever we needed him, and the communication was 100%. With Alex and the team, it felt like we were talking to friends or family who genuinely cared. We looked around, and I’m glad we did, because he went the extra mile for us.
