Great Market Knowledge, communication has been good, Alex was on top of the game and responsive and when things got tricky - managed to navigate through the situation well. COVID and other impacts did have a lot of uncertainty added to the contractual agreements and the transaction was completed with limited fuss. Would recommend anyone who wants to buy a property - Alex is part of a boutique set up at the point in time the transaction occurred so there are positives associated with interacting with key people.
