I met Alex at an open home I attended, and was drawn to his warm personality - so I chose him to be my selling agent. Selling my home in this very difficult market has been very trying, with prices dropping and buyers dwindling. Alex has remained positive and supportive, always available and always smiling. I trusted that he would be showing those same qualities to prospective buyers, which I knew was important. My property is a bit out of the ordinary, and required particular negotiation skills.
