Purchasing a property can certainly be daunting, however Alex from Elders guided us through the purchase with professionalism. His honesty and a genuine want for a good outcome for both vendor and us as purchasers made us feel comfortable, well informed and secure throughout the process. Thank you again Alex!!

My brother and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the way Alex handled the sale of our property. Always available to answer any questions we had and an understanding of the market that impressed. I would have no hesitation recommending Alex to anyone interested in real estate. Good luck to you sir.

Alex always replied to my questions promptly, he was easy to talk with and was most helpful and encouraging. Alex gave me very good advise for the photo shoot which resulted in a very nice looking desirable home for sale and a quick sale. I have a very good smooth sale experience with Alex. Alex went above and beyond his call of duty in the sale of my home. As I was also buying at the same time, Alex also communicated with the agent I was dealing with for my buy. As a result, my experience with Alex in my sale in Toongabbie and my buy out of Sydney was as stress free as it could possibly be. Thank you Alex, and I highly recommend Alex Georgiou of Elders Real Estate Toongabbie.

Many thanks to Alex from Elders Real Estate Toongabbie, who made such an emotional sale of mum and dads home easy. Alex is truly professional, while he is honest, reliable and very helpful in all aspects. We highly recommend Alex, and deserves more than 5 stars 🌟

My wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism that Alex and his team showed us.They went over and beyond for us to get the property sold which it did so a very big thank you to Alex and his team for a job well done

Alex approached me about selling my property after it had gone to market with another agent and failed to sell, we originally were hesitant to go through the process again however after meeting with Alex we were comfortable that he will get us the result that we were hoping for. Alex not only went above and beyond but he also got the result off market without the hassle of going through the full marketing campaign. It’s speed meets professionalism which equals an amazing customer experience.

It gives me immense pleasure to give this feedback to Alex. Very professional and caring at all times. Highly recommended !!!

Alex has been fantastic right form the beginning. He was so patient and supportive through our first home journey. We narrowly missed a property, he assured me that he will get me into the next property as soon as he can. He contacted us with a property even before it was advertised. His commitment is praiseworthy and portrays that his passion for real estate is second to none. We were completely happy with his recommendation and ended up buying our first home. His knowledge of the area, facilities and of course the home assisted with all our questions. He was incredibly efficient and made things happen quickly for us. We would thoroughly recommend Alex from Elders Real Estate Toongabbie to everyone considering buying and selling. Thank you Alex

Elders Real Estate Toongabbie is Great environment, professional nice team of experienced people. They care for their clients from beginning, when I put my house for sale. Nick and Alex along with other team always updated what's going on in the market and conducting my open house inspections very diligently. They listed my property just before Christmas holidays and we are in contract now. Excellent negotiator with personalized touch. Highly recommended! Wish - have more stars to give. Thanks Nick Bardon, Alex Georgiou & Team.

We are so lucky to come across Alex who helped us through the whole process, working tirelessly all hours of the day, 7 days of the week to help us secure our first home. I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for all your effort and appreciate all the time you spent on us. I wish I could express in words how happy we are to have crossed paths with you :-)

Pleasing personality, very honest.. and excellent gesture and personality… Good that the property was in able hands. Thanks Alex

I originally met Alex when he was selling a villa in my complex . At the time I was still completing some small renovations , so decided to stay in touch and he followed me up as agreed on many occasions. I eventually let him through although not quite finished and he gave me some really great pointers to achieve a premium product . When my trades people up and left without notice and was there to help and pick up the pieces and introduced me to someone the office knows well - the renos were completed within a week and a bit . Once on the market he had many people through even before the open house and we had a couple of offers with the property selling before Christmas as Alex promised . Throughout the process Alex has always been most helpful , patient and courteous. He delivered on his commitment to achieve a sale at the top price . I would have no hesitation to recommend Alex and Elders Toongabbie to anyone in the market of buying and selling . Thank you for all your hard work !!
