I originally met Alex when he was selling a villa in my complex . At the time I was still completing some small renovations , so decided to stay in touch and he followed me up as agreed on many occasions. I eventually let him through although not quite finished and he gave me some really great pointers to achieve a premium product . When my trades people up and left without notice and was there to help and pick up the pieces and introduced me to someone the office knows well - the renos were completed within a week and a bit .
