I’ve used Alex before and he is somewhat of a contradiction in terms. First impressions are misleading with Alex and you can’t judge a book by its cover. He sold our old house on a busy road in Morley in just under 5 weeks, during the Covid crisis. He looked after everything and worked with us to get a good result. He keeps regular contact without being too intrusive. Unlike other agents he doesn’t call and give blow by blow description of everyone who has looked at the property, only potential buyers and what the likely outcome would be.
