Alex was fantastic in our purchase of a new home in Cowes. She made a special appointment as we were unable to attend the open inspection. She made us feel very welcome and that no question we had was too hard for her. Alex was amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing my property. From making herself available at last minute notice and organise impromptu inspections all the way to finally finding the house for me and assisting in the purchasing process to ensuring a smooth transition. She was attentive with phone calls and messages often contacting out of hours or in her days off to keep me updated if she had or hadn’t heard any updates because she understood how stressful this process can be. I felt well informed the entire time. And if all this from a professional point of view isn’t enough I also found her friendly, approachable, nothing was too much effort.
