We were really thrilled with Alex. He was super friendly, very courteous, and treated us like we really mattered. Sure, agents make money selling houses so of course they're going to be nice, but Alex even remembered our 14 month old daughters name, 2 months after the last open home we attended. We always enquired about how we all were first before getting down to business. It was refreshing and really made the process that much more enjoyable.
