Alex was fantastic to deal with from the very beginning of our dealings to the very end. This sale was not a walk in the park, incl having the first buyers pull out of the sale hours before cooling off period amongst other things. Alex worked overtime to dart across Sydney to get documents signed, turn reports around quickly, review documents and remain one step ahead of proceedings. While doing this he remained calm, shared advice on next steps, accepted decisions even when they weren't in line with his recommendations and made sure that everything was as smooth as humanely possible.
