It was a smooth purchasing process with Alex. Appreciate all of his supports. However, throughout the post contract process with Alex until the settlement day, I had a valuable lesson that if you have any little concerns or questions about the property, it would be best to engage direct with your solicitor rather than dealing with the agent, as the agent will have no responsibilties apart from giving you the access to the property! Sometimes a wise agent with ample experiences would be always helpful.
