The initial sales program preparations went very smoothly, including home photography, video and advertising plan. Alex demonstrated a sound knowledge of our local neighbourhood and how to best present our home in a competitive market. Open homes were conducted professionally as was the final negotiation with our buyer. The selling conditions at the time became very difficult with rising interests rates and world events (Iran war) working against us.
