Alex is very professional and very familiar with the areas. When he first gave me the estimated price range, I asked him many questions in regards to the reason for such price range and the reason to the prices of the sold houses recently in the areas. He was always very patient to explain the questions. He was always reachable and delivered a timely update on the status of sales regularly via email, video conferencing, or what's app. He respected our expectations and went the extra mile to deliver them. He didn't push to close the deals when the price offered was below our expectations.
