Alex was very knowledgeable on the market and very clear and concise on the process from day one. I was already happy with his service. However he showed peak helpfulness when our home was vandalised on the day of our first open house. We would not have been able to manage without his assistance as we were interstate. His communication was spot on, kept us in the loop every step of the way and was always happy no matter how many questions I asked.
