I work in the property industry and have bought/sold property previously. I didn't know of Alex, only that CJ realty have been in Rhodes since I bought off the plan. I was greatly impressed with Alex, immediately saw he knew the market and what the property would sell for with correct sales examples. What really shocked me was his prediction he would have an offer within two weeks. Rhodes is a funny market, had its ups and downs during 2009, I didn't believe the two weeks.. Coming to the open home time, not only Alex got an offer above my expectations it was in the first viewing! I have never seen or heard of an agent who delivers and makes selling a brease. I tell all my family and friends about my experience, they are amazed.
