I found Alex to be easygoing and friendly in his approach while still maintaining professionalism. His ability to not carry on with usual "real estate talk'' was refreshing, I was able to discuss things in a "no nonsense'' fashion, this all helped make my property search experience less stressful. His knowledge of the property was very detailed, however, when asked random questions he wasn't sure about did not hesitate to find out the information and get back to me immediately.
