I have found Alex to have excellent communication skills, possess a sincerity to assist the buyer and the purchaser during one of the largest purchases/sales in your life. Alex was there within the hour of the first phone call I made to him, appraisal in hand, ready to go. I was impressed. He gave me a fantasticly acurate appraisal. (I had only had a valuation done a few months prior and knew the area sales well) That same afternoon he brought around a few couples to view my house and I had an offer within 2 days, all before the house was even on the market! He persisted in ensuring that I got the best price for my property well within my time limit and at a price which was much more than was expected.
