Alex, Kate and Johnny at CobdenHayson were solid from start to finish. Alex took the time early on to explain the local market, talk through my options and set realistic expectations. Communication throughout was excellent, regular calls three times a week, detailed weekly reports, and updates on every inspection and interested buyer. They were also genuinely helpful getting the house sale-ready, with a strong network of contacts for styling, cleaning, gardening and rubbish removal.
