Alex is not a strategic seller. Once you sign up with him he will badger you to keep lowering your selling price. He does not communicate by phone enough preferring one line texts if your lucky and dies not respond to some voicemail messages even after an open inspection. He even broke my door lock and denied it. Find a proper agent that uses the Jenman selling system and get a proper sale price.
