Alex handled the sale of the unit including inspection prior to advertising, assessment on a realistic sale price, placing of the advertising and arranging open inspection times. Within two weeks Alex had attracted an offer for the unit, negotiated a higher offer from the proposed buyer at my suggestion, and sealed the sale which was later settled in the normal time frame.
