It was a pleasure to work with Alex in selling our unit in late 2019. The timing was terrible as the market was at a low point and the unit was in a challenging condition , although had great potential. Alex was very professional and persistent. He updated and advised us along the way. I feel other agents may have given up or pressured us to lower price for a quicker sale but we didn't experience this with Alex.
