After interviewing 5 local real estate agencies we chose Alex Mintorn and McGrath Wahroonga to sell our home in mid 2017. Our timing could not have been worse. We decided to sell and take ‘advantage’ of the then record sale prices and the ‘feeding frenzies’ at most auctions.
